Villa Costera

Villa Costera is located in a large and lush pine forest, and is only 800 meters away from a beautiful sandy beach. The house’ surface  is about 53 sqm. and is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor we find a living room and the kitchenette, and few steps lead to the second floor. Here are two lovely bedrooms, one double and one twin with bunk beds, and a bathroom with washing machine. Both bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, to allow guests to enjoy undisturbed dreams. On the ground floor the living room is furnished with taste and simplicity, with a dining area and conversation area with a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two people. The living room leads to the open veranda and the pool. The exterior area is equipped with deck chairs to relax and enjoy the sun, but also tables, chairs and umbrella. There is also an outdoor shower, which is really useful, especially coming back from the beach. We also have a large sun terrace where you can enjoy a splendid view of the pine forest.
