Villa Cenza

Villa Cenza is a lovely house surrounded by a garden of 2800sqm. The property is approximately 40sqm with a veranda opening onto a green lawn and furnished with table and benches for pleasant lunch or dinner outdoors. You can enjoy a perfect view of the sea from the veranda (the beach is just few meters away) and a beautiful swimming pool of 10,00×5,00m. There is also a private bathroom with shower in the swimming pool area. Entering the house you find a comfortable and cozy living room and the kitchenette, which is  equipped with 4 burner hob and washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bright bedrooms, both double  and a bathroom with shower. Our Guests can also park their car inside the property in a dedicated covered parking. The white structure that can be seen in the pictures is not available for rent because it has not been completed yet. The guests can still use all the external areas, like the furnished veranda, and the lunch area in the back with barbecue.
