Posada Elena I “View” House

Posada Elena 1 is located in the characteristic district of Sa Costa in Bosa, at the feet of the Malaspina Castle, about 2 km from the sea.

The house, has an area of ​​about 45 sqm shared in two floors and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright living room is decorated with fireplace and sofa bed for two in a simple but functional way.  The separated dining room has a kitchenette with a hob with 4 burners, oven, washing machine and TV. There is also a balcony with table and 2 chairs, where you can enjoy a splendid view over the area to the sea in the distance. The double bedroom is simple, it has also a dresser and the bathroom is complete with shower.

There is also a courtyard with pergola in front of the entrance, furnished with table and chairs for guests to eat outside or just relax.

It ss not allowed to park the car in front of the house because the house is in an old district and the streets are very narrow, but you can still get to the house to unload luggages and then park about 300m from the entrance.
