Malvasia House

Casa Malvasia is located in the marina of Mandriola, and it is only at 100 meters away from the sea. There is also the white beach of Putzu Idu, with fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for children at 300m  far.

This apartment is located on the ground floor and it’s approximately 35sqm, it can accommodate up to 4 people. The living room with kitchenette is equipped with TV, and there are two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. Outside there is also a paved courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy lunch or dinner in the open air.

Outside there are also a basin and a washing machine, the use of which is shared with the apartment above.
